Privacy Policy
Welcome to NINE TABLES. This platform is an AI strategy simulator and acquaintance social-club tool built for Texas Hold’em enthusiasts. This policy explains what personal data we process when you use ninetables.app and the NINE Tables app (com.ninetables.app), why we process it, and the rights you may have. We do not sell your personal information. We do not read your device address book.
1. Who is responsible
NINE Tables (the operator of this website and the app) is the controller for account, club, AI-practice, and support data. For checkout, Paddle.com Market Ltd is the Merchant of Record and an independent controller of payment data. See Paddle’s privacy notice.
2. Data we collect
- Account: user ID, nickname, gender, signature, avatar, club profile. Passwords are used to sign in and are not stored in the app in plain text.
- AI practice and club activity: session and hand-replay records so you can review a hand and so the club can run as the founder and members set it.
- Purchases: order ID, pack, amount, currency, channel, fulfilment status, and Paddle transaction IDs. We do not receive full card numbers, CVV, or the full PAN. After Paddle confirms payment, Diamonds are credited to the logged-in account.
- Photos: only if you choose a new avatar or club cover. We do not browse your camera roll in the background.
- Location: only if a club preference that needs distance is turned on and you grant permission. Ordinary login does not use GPS.
- Network: only if a club preference that needs same-network detection is turned on.
- Device and diagnostics: app version and crash logs, to fix bugs.
- Support: whatever you send to hello@ninetables.app, including receipts you attach.
- Website: standard server logs (IP address, user agent, pages requested) for security and uptime.
3. Why we use it
To provide the software: login, AI practice, invite-only clubs, Diamonds fulfilment, and invitations you choose to send. To keep the service secure: anti-abuse, fraud, and debugging. To meet law: tax records that Paddle or we must keep. We do not use this data to sell third-party advertising.
4. Sharing
- Paddle — checkout, invoices, tax, refunds, fraud checks. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record.
- Hosting — servers and CDN needed to run the app and this site.
- Stores — Apple / Google if you download the app from them.
- Messaging apps you open — if you share an invite on LINE, Telegram, WhatsApp, or Facebook, that share is under their apps.
- Law — if we are legally required to disclose, or to protect users from serious harm or fraud.
We do not sell personal data. We do not allow third parties to use your data for their own unrelated marketing.
5. International transfers
Servers, Paddle, and support mail may process data in the UK, EEA, United States, or other countries. Where required we rely on safeguards used by our processors (such as standard contractual clauses).
6. Retention
Account and activity stay while the account is open. After deletion we keep only what we must for security, accounting, or law. Device logs are kept for a short operational period unless needed for an incident. Paddle keeps payment records under its own rules.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may ask to access, correct, delete, or export your data, object to or restrict certain processing, and withdraw consent (for example location permission on the device). Email hello@ninetables.app. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. California residents: we do not “sell” or “share” personal information as those terms are used in the CPRA for cross-context advertising.
8. Children
NINE Tables is for adults (18, or the age of majority where you live if higher). We do not knowingly collect data from children. If we learn an account belongs to someone under that age, we will close it and delete personal data we do not need to keep by law.
9. Security
We use HTTPS, access controls, and hashed credentials. No method is perfect. Tell us at the same email if you think an account was accessed without permission.
10. Changes
Updates will be posted on this page with a new effective date.

NINE Tables 營運方是帳號、俱樂部、人機練習與客服資料的控制者。透過 Paddle 結帳時，Paddle.com Market Ltd 是銷售記錄商家（Merchant of Record），獨立處理支付資料。見 Paddle 隱私聲明。
2. 我們會用到什麼
- 帳號：用戶 ID、暱稱、性別、簽名、頭像、俱樂部資料。密碼用於登入，不會明文存在手機裡。
- 人機練習與俱樂部活動：對局與牌譜回放，方便你回看，也方便圈子按創辦人與成員的設定運轉。
- 購買：訂單號、套餐、金額、幣種、渠道、是否到帳、Paddle 交易號。完整卡號由 Paddle 處理，我們收不到。Paddle 確認付款後，鑽石會發到當時登入的帳號。
- 相片：僅在你主動換頭像或俱樂部封面時。
- 定位：僅當俱樂部打開需要距離的偏好並且你同意之後；普通登入不取定位。
- 網路：僅當打開需要同網路判斷的偏好時。
- 裝置與診斷、客服郵件、網站訪問日誌。
3. 用途與共享
用於提供軟體（登入、人機練習、邀請制俱樂部、鑽石到帳、你主動發出的邀請）、安全，以及法律要求的記帳。付款由 Paddle.com 作為 Merchant of Record 處理。不做第三方廣告畫像。可能共享給：Paddle、託管與 CDN、應用商店、你自己打開的分享應用，以及法律要求的披露。
4. 保留、權利與未成年人
帳號存續期間保留必要資料；註銷後僅保留法律要求的對帳與安全記錄。你可申請查閱、更正、刪除、匯出或限制處理，發郵件到 hello@ninetables.app。本應用給成年人使用（18 歲或所在地法定成年年齡）；發現未達年齡將關閉帳號。
