Refund Policy
Welcome to NINE TABLES. This platform is an AI strategy simulator and acquaintance social-club tool built for Texas Hold’em enthusiasts. NINE Tables is free to download. This policy applies to optional Diamonds purchased through Paddle for our own app (com.ninetables.app). Diamonds are virtual items used to unlock club and entertainment features shown before you pay. In-game gold is for AI practice sessions and can also be replenished in the app; gold obtained in the app is not a Paddle checkout item unless the pack on screen says otherwise.
Read this with our Player terms and Paddle’s Refund Policy. Statutory consumer rights always prevail.
1. Who issues the refund
Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record. Paddle refunds to the original payment method. We do not store card numbers. Approved refunds are typically completed within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may add a few extra days.
2. 14-day withdrawal (EEA / UK and similar laws)
If you are a consumer with a statutory cooling-off right, you may withdraw within 14 days of the transaction, unless that right was lost because you asked us to deliver the digital content immediately and acknowledged that you would lose the right once delivery began.
After Paddle confirms payment, Diamonds are credited to the logged-in account. If you then spend them on an in-app feature, the digital content has been supplied and a statutory withdrawal may no longer apply, except where law still requires a refund.
3. 30-day unused-item refund
Even where a statutory cooling-off does not apply, we offer a goodwill refund if all of the following are true:
- you request it within 30 days of the purchase date; and
- the Diamonds from that order are still unused (none have been spent); and
- the request is not abusive (repeat refund-then-repurchase, fraud, or a chargeback already filed).
We will ask Paddle to refund that order in full. After a refund, the unused Diamonds from that order are removed from the account.
4. Failed delivery
If payment succeeded but Diamonds were not credited after a reasonable check (usually within 24 hours), we will either complete delivery or ask Paddle to refund in full. Email hello@ninetables.app with your Paddle receipt. This is not limited to 14 or 30 days.
5. When we may decline
- Diamonds from the order have already been used, except where law requires otherwise or delivery failed.
- The request is made more than 30 days after purchase and no statutory right remains.
- The account broke our player terms (cheating, bulk accounts, fraud) in connection with the purchase.
- A chargeback is already in progress for the same payment.
Paddle may also approve, partially approve, or decline under its refund policy.
6. How to request a refund
- Use the “View receipt” or support link in your Paddle confirmation email, or open a request at paddle.net and choose refund; and/or
- Email hello@ninetables.app with subject “Refund request”.
Please include: NINE Tables user ID, Paddle transaction / receipt ID, date, amount, and whether Diamonds were used. We aim to reply within 2 business days.
7. Pricing and subscriptions
Checkouts are one-time. Amounts are in USD. Tax may be added by Paddle at checkout. The pack you select in the app is the pack you pay for (starter packs from USD $1.00; other packs as shown before you pay). There is no Paddle subscription to cancel.
8. Chargebacks and complaints
Please contact us or Paddle before disputing a charge with your bank. If you are not satisfied, write to hello@ninetables.app. We aim to close complaints within 10 business days. You may also contact Paddle as Merchant of Record.
9. Changes
The date at the top is the effective date. For a completed purchase, the policy in force on the purchase date applies, plus any stronger right the law gives you.

歡迎使用 NINE TABLES。本平台是一款專為德州撲克愛好者打造的 AI 策略模擬與熟人社交俱樂部工具。應用可免費下載。本政策適用於透過 Paddle 購買的鑽石：鑽石是本軟體（com.ninetables.app）內的虛擬道具，用於解鎖結帳前應用裡展示的俱樂部與娛樂功能。金幣供 AI 練習對局消耗，也可在應用內補充；除非當面套餐另有說明，金幣不是 Paddle 結帳商品。
1. 退款由誰處理
付款由 Paddle.com 作為 Merchant of Record 處理，退款退回原支付方式。我們不保存完整卡號。批准後通常 14 日內到帳（發卡行可能再晚幾天）。
2. 14 天撤回權
若你所在地法律賦予消費者冷靜期，你可在成交後 14 天內撤回。Paddle 確認付款後，鑽石會發到當時登入的帳號。若鑽石已在應用內用掉，數位內容視為已提供，法定撤回權可能不再適用（法律另有強制規定的除外）。
3. 30 天未使用退款
即使不適用法定冷靜期，只要同時滿足：購買後 30 天內提出、該筆訂單的鑽石尚未使用、不存在濫用或欺詐，我們會請 Paddle 全額退款，並扣回對應未使用鑽石。
4. 未到帳
付款成功但鑽石未到帳，經核實後我們會補發或請 Paddle 全額退款，不受 14 / 30 天限制。請把收據發到 hello@ninetables.app。
5. 可能不退的情況
- 該筆鑽石已使用（法律強制退款或未交付除外）。
- 超過 30 天且已無法定權利。
- 帳號因作弊、批量號、欺詐等原因違規。
- 同一筆款已發起拒付。
6. 怎麼申請
用 Paddle 收據郵件裡的連結，或到 paddle.net 申請退款；同時可發郵件到 hello@ninetables.app，寫明用戶 ID、Paddle 訂單號、金額和鑽石是否已用。我們爭取 2 個工作日內回覆。
結帳為一次性，以美元計價，稅費可能由 Paddle 按所在地加收。起始套餐從 USD $1.00 起，其他套餐以應用內結帳前顯示為準。我們不透過 Paddle 銷售訂閱。客服同一郵箱，投訴爭取 10 個工作日內處理完畢。
