歡迎使用 NINE TABLES。本平台是一款專為德州撲克愛好者打造的 AI 策略模擬與熟人社交俱樂部工具。為了確保所有玩家享有優質、流暢的遊戲體驗，請詳閱以下說明。建立帳號或完成購買，即表示你接受本說明、退款政策，以及付款時適用的 Paddle 買家條款。
1. 核心功能模式
AI 模擬對戰
提供高難度的 AI 陪練系統，供玩家隨時磨練牌技與策略。系統內建金幣僅供對局消耗，可透過日常補充或商城兌換。
私人俱樂部
玩家可消耗鑽石創建獨立的私人俱樂部。俱樂部採用完全封閉的邀請制，您可以自主邀請熟人加入，自行定義對局節奏。
2. 俱樂部管理權限
自主管理
俱樂部創辦人（管理員）全權負責成員審核、日常對局開設與圈子維護。
空間獨立
俱樂部屬於玩家自發組建的私密社交空間，內部所有的日常交流、成員互動與規則設定，均由管理員與參與者共同自主管理。
3. 公平遊戲與社群準則
維護公平競爭
嚴禁使用任何第三方外掛、自動腳本、多開程式或惡意利用系統漏洞，以確保所有玩家的對局體驗。
健康社群環境
請共同維護友善的社交氛圍。嚴禁在俱樂部或聊天區域發佈詐欺、惡意人身攻擊、垃圾廣告或侵犯他人隱私之內容。
4. 服務與免責聲明
功能道具說明
平台內的鑽石、金幣等均為提升遊戲體驗與解鎖功能的虛擬道具，一經兌換僅限於本軟體內使用。
違規處理
若系統偵測或玩家檢舉證實存在惡意作弊、破壞伺服器穩定或違反社群準則之行為，平台有權對相關帳號或俱樂部採取警告、暫停使用或終止服務之措施。
5. 帳號
須年滿 18 歲（或所在地法定成年年齡，以較高者為準）。請自行保管用戶 ID 與密碼。帳號不安全、違規或系統維護時，我們可能暫停或關閉帳號。
6. 付款（Paddle）
透過 Paddle 購買鑽石時，Paddle.com 是銷售記錄商家（Merchant of Record），負責收款、計稅、收據與退款。我們收不到完整卡號。鑽石為一次性購買，無訂閱。價格在應用內以美元展示，稅費可能按所在地由 Paddle 加收。詳見退款政策。
若付款被撤銷或拒付，而道具已發放，我們可能扣回對應道具並在查明期間暫停帳號。
7. 知識產權與責任
NINE Tables 的名稱、介面、文案、圖示與軟體歸營運方或授權方。我們授予你個人、不可轉讓的使用許可，並未出售軟體本身。服務按現狀提供。在法律允許範圍內，我們不對間接損失負責；與單筆已付訂單有關的責任上限為該訂單實付金額（法律禁止限制的除外）。
8. 其他
隱私見隱私權聲明。本說明可能修改，繼續使用視為接受。適用英格蘭及威爾士法律，但你所在地強制消費者保護仍然有效。

Player terms
Welcome to NINE TABLES. This platform is an AI strategy simulator and acquaintance social-club tool built for Texas Hold’em enthusiasts. To help every player enjoy a high-quality, smooth experience, please read the following. Creating an account or completing a purchase means you accept these terms, the Refund Policy, and the Paddle Buyer Terms that apply at checkout.
1. Core modes
AI simulated play
A high-difficulty AI training system so you can practise skill and strategy at any time. In-game gold is for AI practice sessions and can also be replenished in the app (daily refill or shop exchange).
Private clubs
Players may use Diamonds to create an independent private club. Clubs are fully invite-only. You may invite people you know and set the pace of play.
2. Club management
Self-management
The club founder (admin) is fully responsible for member review, day-to-day sessions, and looking after the circle.
Independent space
A club is a private social space formed by players. Daily conversation, member interaction, and house rules are managed together by the admin and the people in that club.
3. Fair play and community rules
Fair competition
Do not use third-party cheats, bots, multi-boxing, or exploits. This keeps the experience fair for everyone.
Healthy community
Please keep a civil atmosphere. Do not post fraud, personal attacks, spam, or content that invades someone else’s privacy in the club or chat areas.
4. Service and disclaimer
Virtual items
NINE Tables is free to download. Optional Diamonds are virtual items for our own app (com.ninetables.app), used to unlock club and entertainment features shown before you pay. Diamonds, gold, and similar items are for a better experience and for unlocking features. Once obtained they may be used only inside this software.
Enforcement
If the system detects, or a player report confirms, cheating, attacks on server stability, or a breach of community rules, we may warn, suspend, or terminate the related account or club.
5. Account
You must be at least 18, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher. Keep your user ID and password safe. We may suspend or close an account that is unsafe, in breach of these terms, or when we need to maintain the service.
6. Payments (Paddle)
After Paddle confirms payment, Diamonds are credited to the logged-in account. Checkouts are one-time. Amounts are in USD. Tax may be added by Paddle at checkout. Payments are processed by Paddle.com as Merchant of Record: Paddle collects payment, charges tax, issues the receipt, and handles returns. We never receive your full card number. See the Refund Policy.
If a payment is reversed or charged back after items were delivered, we may remove those items and suspend the account while the case is reviewed.
7. Intellectual property and liability
The NINE Tables name, interface, copy, icons, and software are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a personal, non-transferable licence to use the app. We do not sell you the software itself. The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect loss. Our liability for a paid order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, except where law does not allow that limit.
8. Other
See the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms; continued use after the date at the top means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
